I'm Lauren, mum of two boys; Albie and Sonny, with over 10 years of experience in Personal Training and Pilates

 

My objective is to work with women of all abilities, mums and mums-to-be, through both Mat & Reformer Pilates as well as Personal Training. I work closely with pelvic health physiotherapists and osteopaths, as I want you to experience the incredible benefits and value I've firsthand experienced with them, both pre and postnatally. Unfortunately, there is such a huge gap when it comes to not only postpartum care but women's health in general. Therefore, I wanted to create a space where women can feel supported, understood, and empowered.​

In my sessions, you will find a nurturing environment that prioritises your unique needs and well-being. Whether you are seeking to regain postpartum strength, enhance your overall fitness, or address specific health concerns, my aim is to provide you with tailored guidance and support throughout.

Meet Rebecca...

I'm Rebecca, a pelvic health physiotherapist, with over 10 years experience.

 

My job is my passion and I absolutely love treating women through every season of life; from being peri/post natal to peri/post menopausal. 

​

I offer antenatal MOTs in preparation for birth and postnatal mummy MOTs in preparation for birth and postnatal mummy MOTs to help women with their recovery journey; whether that is incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor weakness or hypertonicity, healing diastasis recti (tummy gap), scar therapy or safe return to exercise. We cover it all!

 

My ultimate goal is to help women feel like themselves again; to feel empowered and strong mentally and physically.

 

Outside of work, I am a busy mum juggling two children and a crazy cockapoo! We love going on walks, bike rides and being outdoors. I love a challenge and when I am not working you will find me training for my next adventure.
